Size guide — find your size
How to measure. Stand up, breathe out, then breathe into your belly the way you brace for a heavy lift. Measure around the widest point of that braced belly. Never use your pants size - that is measured at your hips, relaxed.

| Size | Braced belly (in) |
|---|---|
| XS | 25–28 64–71 cm |
| S | 29–32 74–81 cm |
| M | 33–36 84–91 cm |
| L | 37–40 94–102 cm |

Sizing: measure around your belly at the height you wear a belt, then match the size chart. Between sizes? Most lifters size down for a tighter brace.

Built to brace
The Stoic belt in Purple. A 13mm lever belt built for max-effort squats and deadlifts. Stiff edge to edge, with a lever closure that snaps to the same tightness every set and pops off between attempts.
13mm of firm, competition-grade support that braces your whole trunk when the bar gets heavy. Uniform width, contoured to sit right through the squat and the pull.
- 13mm thick and stiff for a hard, full-trunk brace
- Lever closure for fast, repeatable tightness
- Uniform width for an even, competition-legal brace
- Competition legal: USPA, USAPL, IPF
- Sizes X-Small to XX-Large, by belly measurement (see size chart)
Built and proven by lifters who train heavy and compete. No premium markup, just a belt that braces.
Sizing: measure around your belly at the height you wear a belt, then match the size chart. Between sizes? Most lifters size down for a tighter brace.
QUALITY CONTROL
Tested to failure
A lever from our production line, loaded on the pull rig until it gives. We test hardware, stitching and leather to failure, find the weak point, and fix the reason it broke. Every batch teaches the next one. More lifters, more data, better gear.
From the gym to the platform
Most reps happen in a garage on a Tuesday. Some end up under the lights. The gear doesn't know the difference.
Questions lifters ask
How do I pick my belt size?
Measure around your belly at the height you wear a belt, then match the size chart. Sizes run X-Small (25-28") to XX-Large (45-48") by belly measurement, not pant size. Between sizes? Most lifters size down for a tighter brace.
Prong or lever?
The single-prong buckle is simple, secure, and easy to dial in as your warm-ups climb. The lever closure snaps to the same tightness every set and pops off between attempts. Both brace the same once they are on.
Which thickness do I need?
10mm is the standard for heavy squats, pulls, and presses. 13mm is stiffer edge to edge for max-effort squats and deadlifts. 6.5mm is thinner and more flexible for weightlifting, higher-rep work, and everyday training.
Are these competition legal?
The 10mm single-prong and 13mm belts are competition legal: USPA, USAPL, IPF. The 6.5mm is built for weightlifting and general training rather than powerlifting competition.
