Please note: Due to supply chain shortages and shipping constraints back-ordered items and regular delivery may take longer than our normal processing times. We do our best to get you your items as quickly as possible. The current delays are out of our control at this time. Please be patient with us as we work through them with you.

US orders ship within 1-2 business days. Generally orders arrive between 2-5 business days after the carrier receives the package. In the event something out of the ordinary happens, they may take up to 7 business days.

**Please note these are estimates. No shipping or delivery times are guaranteed.

When ordering back-ordered items, there is no set date for delivery. However, we estimate no longer than 3 weeks from the time of purchase.

International orders vary based on the country they’re being shipped to. Generally, they arrive within 7-20 business days. Delivery may be delayed and delivery times may be longer.

Absolutely! All orders will receive a tracking number via email.

Once your order has been processed through our warehouse and a shipping label has been printed, and email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

Wait for just a couple more days to see if your order arrives. Sometimes the tracking number will get marked as delivered, even though it’s still in transit.

If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days after it’s showing as delivered, contact us so we can try to help!

Currently, we are shipping to some international countries, but not all.

This all depends on the country the order is being shipped to, and the total value of the order. Some countries will require customs/import fees, others may not.

It is best to contact your local customs to determine if you will be responsible for paying any customs/import fees.

We use either the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or DHL.

Unfortunately, that’s just how much international shipping costs.

The cost of shipping is coming directly from the carrier. We do not mark up shipping up at all.

Please check your country’s list of banned and restricted substances for import. If any of our products/ingredients are on that list, customs agents within your country may intercept your shipment.

Some countries are very strict with what can be entered into their country.

To minimize the risk of customers losing their shipments, we may restrict certain products from being shipped to specific countries.

Returns and Refunds

We prioritize exceptional quality in every item we offer. If you wish to return an item we provide a 30-day return policy for unworn items.

To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure your items are:

  • In original condition: This includes unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging attached.
  • Free of imperfections: We cannot accept items with markings, stains, animal/human hair, strong odors, or any other substances.

  1. Select the order you would like to return.
  2. Select “request return”.
  3. Fill in the required options and select “request return”.

Upon approval of your return, you will receive instructions on where to return your item(s).

Once received, your item(s) will be inspected. If your items are approved after inspection a full refund for your item(s) will be processed.

We get it, it’s hard buying items with sizes online.

The quickest way for you to receive the new size you desire is to request a return of your current item(s) and purchase the size you desire. 

We provide a 30-day return policy for unworn items.
