Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to shop at Stoic Performance, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom, or other assistive technology.
What we do
We test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our most recent review was on October 20, 2026. We tested the home page, product pages, the cart, and the contact and sign-up pages using only a keyboard, at phone and desktop sizes and at 400% zoom, and we checked color contrast. We fixed what we found and keep a dated record of each fix.
Some of the changes from that review:
- Size buttons announce which size is selected and which sizes are sold out.
- Keyboard focus stays inside the cart while it is open and returns to where you were when it closes.
- Items added from the cart are announced to screen readers.
- A "Pause motion" button at the bottom of every page stops the videos and animations. If your device is set to reduce motion, they stay still on their own.
- The "Notify me" back-in-stock form can be opened, used and closed with a keyboard.
What we know still falls short
- We have not yet tested the site with a screen reader such as VoiceOver or NVDA.
- Some parts of the site come from other companies, including checkout, the cookie notice, product reviews and the back-in-stock form. We test how they work on our pages but cannot change all of their code.
