Belt sizing

How to choose your belt size

Typically, your measurement will be larger than your pant size.

How to measure

  1. Step 1 Stand Up

Stand up straight while wearing your typical gym clothing, with measuring tape in hand.

  2. Step 2 Measure

Wrap the tape measure around your mid section across the belly button area, or where you plan to wear the belt.

Brace your abdomen as if you are lifting a weight.

  3. Step 3 Record

Tighten the tape so that it is snug, but not so tight into your body. Record this measurement.

  4. Step 4 Pick a Size

Pick a belt size that fits your measurement exactly. Remember to consider the belt is 4" thick (wide).

Size chart

Find your size

We recommend these sizes for the most optimal fit, with room to shrink & grow.
Size Braced belly (in)
XS 25–28 64–71 cm
S 29–32 74–81 cm
M 33–36 84–91 cm
L 37–40 94–102 cm
XL 41–44 104–112 cm
2XL 45–48 114–122 cm

We currently make belts from 25" to 48" of braced belly (XS to 2XL). If your measurement falls outside that, we do not make a belt for it yet — message us and we will tell you straight.

Step 2, wrap the tape around your mid section across the belly button area, or where you plan to wear the belt, with your abdomen braced as if lifting. Step 3, tighten the tape snug but not digging in, and record the measurement. Step 4, pick the belt size that fits your measurement exactly, remembering the belt is four inches wide.
The printed chart also lists XXX-Large (49–52") and XXXX-Large (53–56"). We do not currently make those sizes. The chart above this is what is actually stocked.
