  • Unique ultra-high dense neoprene
  • True 7mm thick neoprene provides maximal support, warmth, and rebound during training
  • Utilizes patent-pending construction methods
  • Triple-reinforced seam offers the strongest stitch on the market
  • Extra 30cm length for more maximum coverage and support
  • Tested by elite athletes to perform under extreme conditions

97% neoprene, 3% nylon

  • Hand wash cool water
  • Lay flat to dry

7mm knee sleeves built for squats, deadlifts, and heavy strength training. The neoprene construction is dense — not the lightweight material found in compression sleeves marketed as training knee sleeves. The outer fabric is a higher rub count material selected for durability against bar contact, which wears through cheaper outer fabrics over time.

The seam design is functional, not decorative. Less stitching means fewer failure points. We arrived at it after testing versions with more coverage that compromised the neoprene layer underneath. USPA, USAPL, and IPF competition compliant.

  • 7mm neoprene — dense construction, not compression weight
  • Higher rub count outer fabric — holds up to bar contact
  • Purpose-built seam — minimal stitching, no decorative cover over the neoprene
  • USPA, USAPL, and IPF competition compliant

Sizing: knee sleeves should fit tight. If you are between sizes, size down. A sleeve that goes on easily is a sleeve that will slide during heavy work.

Are these IPF approved and competition legal?

Yes, Stoic knee sleeves are IPF approved and made to comply with competition specs.

For federations that require equipment approval, we are currently approved in:

  • IPF
  • USAPL
  • USPA
  • IPL
  • AAU

Always check with your specific federation’s rulebook and/or competition director to be sure your equipment will be allowed prior to your competition.

How do I measure properly? Should I size down?

It can be tricky sometimes to get the right size, but the instructions are easy to follow.

You’ll want to grab yourself a soft measuring tape and measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg locked but relaxed. No flexing!

Tighten the measuring tape so it is sung around the knee joint but not too tight.

Record that number and refer to the size chart above to select the size your measurement fits within.

The Stoic knee sleeves run slightly larger than most other brands. If you’re choosing a size based on your existing pair of knee sleeves, we’d suggest choosing one size smaller in the Stoic sleeves.

TIP 1 — Using centimeters when measuring will give you a more accurate number.
TIP 2 — Size down if you want a very tight fit

Are these sleeves sold in pairs or singles?

Our knee and elbow sleeves come in pairs and are designed to be worn as a pair due to their supportiveness.
