How to choose your knee sleeve size
Measure the knee joint itself. If you land between two sizes, take the larger.
How to measure
-
Step 1
Measure
Measure circumference of the knee joint with leg locked but relaxed. Adjust up or down for large or small calves.
If your calf measurement is larger or smaller than your knee joint measurement, please use this measurement when choosing your correct size. Not your knee measurement.
-
Step 2
Record
Tighten the measuring tape so that it is snug, but not too tight. Record the measurement.
-
Step 3
Pick a size
Pick a sleeve size that fits your measurement.

We currently make knee sleeves from 9.6" to 20.1" around the knee (24.5–51 cm, 3XS to 3XL). If your measurement falls outside that, we do not make a sleeve for it yet — message us and we will tell you straight.
Not every colourway is made in every size. The size selector on the product page is the authority on what that particular pair comes in.
Between two sizes? Take the larger. Of 2,838 reviews, sizing errors run about evenly in both directions — but they are not equally survivable. Six customers described a sleeve they could not get on or that numbed the leg; none described the opposite. A slightly loose sleeve still trains.
