The Stoic Barefoot Trainer fits true to size for most individuals.

- If you plan to remove the insole, please size down.
- If you plan to wear the shoes without socks, please size down.
- If you are in between sizes, please select the smaller size.
- If you have noticeably narrow feet or want a snug fit, please size down.
