If something we made fails because we made it wrong, we replace it. One year from the day you bought it.

That is the whole policy. The detail is below, because "warranty" is a word a lot of brands use loosely, and you should know exactly what you are getting before you need it.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects, in normal training use, within one year of purchase:

• Stitching that fails or separates at a seam
• Neoprene delamination, where the layers of a sleeve come apart
• Hardware failure, meaning a buckle, lever, rivet, or roller that breaks or deforms in normal use
• A hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure that stops holding
• A thumb loop that separates from the wrap

The test is simple. If it failed because of how it was made, it is covered.

What is not covered

Gear you train in hard wears out. That is not a defect, and we are not going to pretend otherwise:

• Fading, pilling, softening, or gradual loss of stretch
• Chalk staining, odor, or discoloration
• Scuffs, marks, and surface wear from bar contact
• Damage from misuse, alteration, or improper washing and drying
• Damage from use the product was not built for
• Items bought anywhere other than stoicperformance.com or our authorized channels
• Lost or stolen gear

The window

One year from the date of purchase. We need proof of purchase, which for us usually means your order number.

How to make a claim

Email help@stoicperformance.com with three things:

1. Your order number
2. Photos of the defect, clear enough that we can see what happened
3. A sentence on how it failed and roughly how long you had been using it

A person reads these, not a form. Start with the photos. Most claims are settled from photos alone, and we will tell you before you spend anything on shipping whether we need the item back. If we do ask for it back, return shipping is on you; if it is a manufacturing defect, the replacement ships to you free. If we no longer make the item, we replace it with the closest current equivalent.

This is separate from returns

The warranty covers defects. If the gear is fine and you have changed your mind, that is the 30-day return policy, which covers unworn items in original condition.

Two different things, and you are entitled to both.
